In this learning experience, we focus on fact fluency, computation, and problem-solving strategies that reinforce the foundational math skills learners need to be successful in their classrooms. The program includes:

Hi! I’m Jennifer Hannah!
I created Sit Beside to be a place for learners to feel both safe and empowered to discover their strengths while getting the support they need to help them grow.
With over 20 years of education experience, Jennifer has witnessed and guided the growth and confidence of countless students as they learned to advocate for themselves in small group learning environments.
Jennifer also spent 11 years teaching in an inquiry-based classroom where children were put in the driver's seat of their educational journey and focused on reflecting on their learning and celebrating their growth.

Sit Beside @ Home was created for busy summers! Families have access to the courses for 11 weeks, from June 3rd to August 11th. Work at your own pace; we suggest starting earlier in the summer and engaging in the courses consistently.

Yes! Math Foundations provides helpful hints to empower parents to Sit Beside their child and play. The games invite parents to be learners along with their children. Math Foundations games allow parents to reframe their often negative childhood math fact experience into a more positive one.

Yes, Sit Beside @Home has curated specific math games for each grade level. Discounts are available for families purchasing more than 1 course. Each student will need their own materials kit.
